Cristiano Ronaldo messed up a whole lot of chances to score for Real Madrid against Real Mallorca on Sunday, but Los Blancos still managed to come out victorious from the clash.

Gonzalo Higuain’s amazing 8th minute left-footed volley put Los Blancos on a wonderful start in difficult conditions.

Substitute Esteban Granero then made a superb finish from Higuain’s cross in the second period for Real Madrid to clinch a 2-0 win in the snow against Real Mallorca.

However, the score line didn’t suggest how dominant the Spanish giants were. If it suggested anything, then it may rather refer to the inefficiency of Cristiano Ronaldo especially in front of goal.
