Cristiano Ronaldo donates £5 million to help victims of Nepal earthquake
The Real Madrid star handed over the incredible sum to charity Save the Children, French sports magazine So Foot claimed.
Nearly 8,000 people were killed after the natural disaster struck, causing untold destruction as well as a lethal avalanche on Mount Everest.
Cristiano Ronaldo has proved again that he’s a kind human being and putting his massive array of riches to good use.
With a long history of being charitable for a good cause, the 30-year-old Portuguese superstar reportedly has donated £5 million to Save the Children, an organization working to aid Nepal in the aftermath of the devastating earthquake.
Last month real madrid star also called upon his legion of Facebook followers to donate to the charity. Ronaldo showed just last week his affinity for the organisation on his Facebook page:
