Jose Mourinho should be proud of the boys, since this is practically the first time in Cristiano Ronaldo’s era that Barcelona gets eaten alive for almost the whole 90 minutes by Real Madrid.  I’ve never seen Victor Valdes running around like crazy throughout the game,  and couldn’t catch his breath because he had to work extra.

For captain Iker Casillas, he did a fantastic job by making at least 3-4 important saves. However, he barely sweats in the first half.

Of course, praise goes to Gonzalo Higuain who did an amazing opening goal in minute 11th, that helped boosting the team’s spirit.  Followed by Cristiano Ronaldo’s goal, 8 minutes later. And after that, the whole field was like a play ground for Real Madrid, as their counter-attack scheme worked amazingly well. 2-0 in Real Madrid’s lead in just 20 minutes.

However, Messi almost ruined the glory after he scored for Barcelona at the end of first half. Although I have to admit, it was actually a brilliant free-kick goal.

Still, Barcelona find it hard to play with only 10 men after Adriano got a red in just minute 28th for his brutal foul on Ronaldo. They need more than just a help from the referee.

Enough said…. Let’s just skipped to the end of the match, since both Real Madrid and Barcelona didn’t score a goal in the second leg.

After a long 45 minutes plus 3 minutes of extra time, the match ended with 2-1, with Real Madrid’s name as the winner.

It was a good game, and Real Madrid have won it fair and square. Hala Madrid !!

To end the game with style, coach Mourinho played 3 strikers all at once – Cristiano Ronaldo, Benzema , and Higuain. The strategy proved to work well, and although Higuain didn’t score a single goal, he did contribute 2 assist in the game.

Cristiano Ronaldo scored the opening goal in minute 19th, that also became his last goal on the season. His total goal in La liga is now 46 goals – such amazing record, to achieved in just 3 years with Real Madrid.

After the goal, Benzema doubled the point 4 minutes later, thanks to Gonzalo Higuain and Ronaldo’s assist.

The third goal was created on the second half round, through Mesut Ozil, 4 minutes after the match started. Again, a nice touch up from Higuain helped Ozil in scoring his first on the game.

Not long after, Mallorca’s finally able to steal a goal from Real Madrid through Gonzalo Castro. However, despite already winning the league, Real Madrid kept on being persistent and scored their fourth goal, again, through Mesut Ozil.

With the victory, Los Blancos succeeded in collecting 100 points in La liga, first time in history, with 121 goals. While Mallorca came on 8th in the standings with 52 points.

Real Madrid made a close victory of 1-0 against Getafe in away league match last night. With the victory, Mourinho’s squad suceeded in maintain their point distance with rival Barcelona, who also won the league match against Real Sociedad.

The 2 Spanish Giants are still 7 points away with Madrid on the lead.

Sergio Ramos scored the winning goal in minute 18th.  Too bad Ronaldo didn’t score, as it could’ve been a great present for his birthday today. He now still leads in el pichichi with 24 goals,  but Messi tailed him with only a goal after he scored his 23rd last night.

The cute couple were kissing in public during their quick lunch, and we can see that Cris big smile is because of her.  Even when his team finally had to face a tragic result, a 2-3 defeated in a home game.

A shocking result, since Zaragoza is a minor club that stands in 17th place of the Spanish table list. But luckily, Barcelona also facing a 2-1 defeated against the host Real Sociedad on the same night. Messi didn’t score, so I guess Cristiano will have the chance for the pichichi.

On the paper, Real Madrid clearly more dominant, since Almeria only sits in the 19th rank on the liga standings. Unfortunately, the result is quite surprising, and it led Barca straight ahead with 4 points.

Cristiano Ronaldo actually got an opportunity to add their second goal with a free-kick, but failed. The good thing is that Messi didn’t score yesterday, so that makes Cris still as the  top scorer in La liga.
