Having him on the team is like adding another 4 extra players on the field. England club such as ManCity, AC Milan, and Chelsea always show their interest on the Portuguese player. For those club, money is not a problem to bring the goal machine to their team. Yet despite all of that, Ronaldo deserves to receive a bigger paycheck, considering his fenomenal contribution for the team. According to Ecodiario , currently Ronaldo is under contract with Real Madrid until 2015 with a yearly salary of € 12 million. Next season, Perez is considering to raise his salary up to €16 million , where he believes that it could help them to extend the contract with Ronaldo until 2017. But if it finally happens, Ronaldo still won’t be the highest paid footballer. So far, Samuel Eto’o gets the highest paycheck from Russian club, Anzhi, with a yearly income of €20 million.
