Real Madrid’s big-money capture, Cristiano Ronaldo, has retorted to the media following the dissatisfaction of some anxious fans as regards to his unparticular performance with Los Blancos.

However, the 24-year-old Portugal captain who is one player among a host of stars in Real Madrid’s new-look team, believes that there is nothing wrong in the fact that he hasn’t taking centre stage on the field of play.

He declared:

“I don’t worry about my form. The only important thing is that Madrid win. I am calm, working hard, and I am with a fantastic group.”

The start of La Liga is just three days ahead for the 2008/2009 season’s runners-up. As expected, Cristiano Ronaldo has revealed his concerns, his hopes, and his dreams to the public.

“The entire team is waiting for the start of the league. I hope things go well and we can enjoy a win at Deportivo.

Then clearing out comparisons between his club Real Madrid and their rivals Barcelona, Cristiano Ronaldo stated:

“We don’t think about Barcelona. We must do a good job all year and see how far we get. We have no pressure.”
