One is the world’s most famous footballer, the other the sexiest superstar singer — when Cristiano Ronaldo met Rihanna backstage at one of her concerts this week, it made for a unique photo opportunity.

Real Madrid star Cristiano, 28, attended Rihanna‘s Lisbon concert this week, before posing for pictures with her after the show.

In one photograph, which he later shared on Facebook, the sports star is seen smiling as he flashes the peace sign while the Diamonds singer pouts next to him.

Rihanna, 25, also shared the moment with her Instagram followers, posting a second picture taken with her famous fan. “Ladies eat your heart out!!!,” she wrote. “#CristianoRonaldo cam to get jiggly with ya girl #diamondsworldtour #backstagelife #nobasiczone.”

The Barbadian beauty is currently single after splitting from her on-off rapper boyfriend Chris Brown. Cristiano, meanwhile, is in a longterm relationship with Russian model Irina Shayk, who he has been dating since 2010.
