Is Cristiano Ronaldo The New Advisor of Real Madrid ??

aaCristiano Ronaldo is the number one player in Real Madrid, which has the highest salary among other fellow teammates. But clearly he is not just a player, but also has an important role in succeeding the club, as an unofficial advisor.

Lately, he recommended Patrick Evra from his old club Manchester United, to Jorge Valdano, to replace Arbeloa as a left back, since he became a weak link in the defense area.

Before Evra, Valdano already has a number of other candidates, such as Gael Clichy, Chelsea’s Ashley Cole and Juan Manuel Vargas from Fiorentina’s. But suddenly his priority changed since Cristiano insist that Evra is the right man for the job. Not only that, Valdano even bid for the Red Devils player for 20 million pounds.

Last year, Cristiano also recommended Wayne Rooney to the Spanish Giant. But unfortunately, Rooney didn’t seem to have an interest on leaving his post in the Old Trafford. And now he aimed for Patrick Evra, who opens up for a posibility to move.

The Portugal captain often made a suggestion and advice to the Real’s management, as he is consider as an important icon in Los Blancos. Even though he has been in Madrid for less than a year, his position clearly above all players, including Raul Gonzalez who’s been with Real Madrid for 18 years.

Could he be replacing Raul as the next captain, or just continue his role as an unofficial advisor for El Merengues ??

To have him as a captain… that will be nice, but only if Portugal reach the semis at the WC. Otherwise, I’ll say no.
